Does ExtractPics stop being free?
No. ExtractPics and its current free allowance remain available without a purchase. Community support is optional and helps cover infrastructure and continued development.
Do I need an ExtractPics account to support?
No. You can contribute directly through Gumroad without signing in. Sign in only if you want to link the purchase and activate your private supporter badge, extra daily credits, and ad-free experience.
How do I activate my supporter perks?
Sign in to ExtractPics, open Dashboard → Community Support, and paste the Gumroad license key from your purchase. A purchase can be linked to one ExtractPics account.
How does the ad-free experience work?
Signed-in accounts with a valid supporter badge receive pages without ad placements or Google AdSense. One-time backers remain ad-free while their lasting Community Supporter badge is valid. Monthly supporters remain ad-free through each verified paid period.
When do the extra credits begin?
One-time backing begins a 90-day credit period at the verified Gumroad purchase time. Monthly perks run through the latest verified paid period. Claiming late never restarts either period.
Do multiple contributions stack?
No. One-time and monthly support never raise the supporter uplift above 50 extra daily global credits, even when valid periods overlap.
Can I cancel monthly support?
Yes. Cancel future renewals through Gumroad whenever you choose. Verified perks continue through the period already paid for and then end. The one-time option never renews.
What happens after a refund or dispute?
A verified full refund or lost chargeback removes the related badge and future perk. A partial refund qualifies only while at least $5 remains for one-time support or $2 for that monthly payment. Open disputes pause benefits.
Will my name appear publicly?
No. Your badge is private to your account, purchase details are not placed on a public supporter wall, and a purchase does not opt you into marketing email.
Does support include priority processing?
No. Supporter perks use the same queues, fair-use rules, and abuse controls as the free service. They do not include priority processing, dedicated support, guaranteed uptime, or a service-level agreement.
Support is optional, is not a charitable donation, is not tax-deductible, and does not purchase ownership, governance rights, priority processing, or a service-level agreement.
