ExtractPics finds every image a public webpage loads — including lazy-loaded photos, srcset variants, and CSS backgrounds — then lets you preview, filter, and download them as originals or a ZIP.

What ExtractPics does

Built for the images you can already see in the browser.

Most “save image” workflows break on modern sites. Pictures load on scroll, swap through srcset, or sit in CSS. ExtractPics opens the page in a real headless browser, waits for those assets, and collects the source files at their original resolution and format.

Use it for your own sites, licensed assets, migrations, research, and references you have permission to reuse. It is not a bypass for private galleries, paywalls, or copyright. Respect each site’s terms and the rights of the people who made the images.

What is ExtractPics?

A free image extractor for public webpages, plus a catalog of local browser tools for resize, crop, GIF, PDF, and similar jobs. The extractor pastes a URL; the other tools stay in the tab with your file.

Is it free?

Yes. Guests receive 5 global credits each day, and a free Google account receives 50. Remote tools share that balance, while local browser tools use zero credits. Desktop has no extraction quota.

How is Desktop different from the web tool?

Desktop runs the extractor on your Mac or PC. URLs and files stay on the machine. Remote web tools share a daily global credit balance so the shared servers stay available.

Do you keep the images I extract?

Extraction is for your session so you can preview and download. There is no public library of what you pulled. Local tools never upload the file.

Is it legal to download images from a website?

The extractor only reaches files that are already public. Copyright and each site’s terms still apply. Downloading a file does not give you the right to republish it.
