Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ExtractPics, available at extractpics.com (the "Service"), operated by Bipul Kumar in India ("ExtractPics", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Definitions

• Service means the ExtractPics website and the image extraction tools and features offered on it.
• You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• Content means any images, URLs, files, or other materials you submit to, access through, or download using the Service.

Use of the service

ExtractPics provides tools for extracting and downloading images from publicly accessible websites. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not use the Service to: (a) violate the intellectual property rights of others; (b) access or scrape content from websites that prohibit such activity in their terms of service or robots.txt; (c) engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users; (d) use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service beyond normal usage patterns; or (e) transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or malicious material.

Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access, extract, and download any Content using the Service. You represent and warrant that your use of any Content does not violate any applicable law or third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy rights. The Service is a tool that enables image extraction; it does not grant you any rights to third-party content. You must obtain all necessary permissions or licenses before using any content that you do not own.

Intellectual property

The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of ExtractPics and its creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written permission.

Images extracted using the Service remain the property of their respective copyright holders. ExtractPics does not claim ownership of any extracted Content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of extracted images complies with applicable copyright laws and the source website's terms of service.

Advertising

The Service is free to use and is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense and its partners. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed. How advertising cookies are used and how you can opt out is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Plans, billing, and taxes

ExtractPics offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan, described with current prices on our pricing page. The Pro plan is available as a 30-day pass (a single payment of USD $5 or more that never renews) or as a monthly subscription (USD $2 or more per month) that renews automatically each month until cancelled. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online resellers. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for all orders placed through Paddle checkout; Paddle processes payment, handles relevant transaction taxes, provides receipts and invoices, and handles related customer-service inquiries and returns, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to those transactions. Gumroad is the Merchant of Record for orders placed through Gumroad checkout. Purchases are payments for a software plan; they are not charitable donations, are not tax-deductible, and do not provide ownership, voting, governance, or product-roadmap rights.

• The Pro plan provides the higher daily global-credit allowance and other benefits listed on the pricing page for the paid period: 30 days from the verified purchase time for a pass (90 days for passes purchased before October 2, 2026 or through Gumroad), or through the latest verified paid period for a monthly subscription.
• Signed-in accounts on an active Pro plan receive an ad-free experience: ExtractPics does not render advertising placements or load Google AdSense. A Pro badge from a pass remains on the profile after the pass ends.
• Multiple purchases and overlapping periods never raise the Pro allowance above a single plan. A later non-overlapping purchase starts a new period based on its own purchase time.
• Orders placed through Paddle checkout while signed in are linked to that account automatically. For orders placed through Gumroad, a signed-in user enters the license key from the purchase receipt at Dashboard → Pro plan. A purchase can be linked to one account and is not linked automatically by email. Self-service account transfers are not available.
• Credits are an allowance, not stored cash or property. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, reset with the normal daily credit cycle, and remain subject to the Service's queues, technical limits, fair-use rules, and abuse controls.
• We may change plan features or prices for future billing periods. Changes do not shorten a period already paid for, and monthly subscribers are notified before a price change applies to a renewal.

Cancellation, refunds, and disputes

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time through the customer portal or receipt provided by the reseller that processed your order. Cancellation stops future renewals and leaves the plan active through the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility, including a 14-day refund of your first payment, is described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.

• We verify payment, refund, dispute, chargeback, and paid-period status with the reseller before changing an account benefit.
• A full refund, lost chargeback, or seller revocation ends the Pro plan and removes the related badge and ad-free benefit after verification.
• A partial refund keeps the original plan dates only while the amount paid before tax, less verified refunds, remains at least USD $5 for a pass or USD $2 for the applicable monthly payment. Provider fees do not reduce eligibility.
• An open dispute pauses the plan benefits pending review. If it is resolved in the purchaser's favor, benefits remain revoked; if it is resolved in our favor and the purchase is verified as valid, benefits may resume on the original dates.
• Credits used before a later refund, dispute, or revocation are not clawed back and do not create a negative balance.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all images from a given URL will be successfully extracted. We do not review, monitor, verify, or endorse any Content accessed through the Service. No purchase creates an uptime commitment, service-level agreement, or guarantee that a particular feature or credit amount will remain available indefinitely.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ExtractPics, its creator, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; or (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExtractPics and its creator from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any Content you access, extract, or download using the Service.

Third-party links

The Service may extract from or link to websites that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and privacy policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

We may also suspend or revoke a Pro plan for fraud, chargebacks, verified refunds, license-key sharing, automated abuse, attempts to evade limits, or other material violations of these Terms. We may modify or discontinue Pro benefits prospectively when reasonably necessary for security, provider changes, legal compliance, or service sustainability. Where practical, we will give notice of a material change and will not describe an invalid or refunded purchase as active.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located there.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
