Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ExtractPics, available at extractpics.com (the "Service"), operated by Bipul. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Definitions

• Service means the ExtractPics website and the image extraction tools and features offered on it.
• You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• Content means any images, URLs, files, or other materials you submit to, access through, or download using the Service.

Use of the service

ExtractPics provides tools for extracting and downloading images from publicly accessible websites. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not use the Service to: (a) violate the intellectual property rights of others; (b) access or scrape content from websites that prohibit such activity in their terms of service or robots.txt; (c) engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users; (d) use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service beyond normal usage patterns; or (e) transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or malicious material.

Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access, extract, and download any Content using the Service. You represent and warrant that your use of any Content does not violate any applicable law or third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy rights. The Service is a tool that enables image extraction; it does not grant you any rights to third-party content. You must obtain all necessary permissions or licenses before using any content that you do not own.

Intellectual property

The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of ExtractPics and its creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written permission.

Images extracted using the Service remain the property of their respective copyright holders. ExtractPics does not claim ownership of any extracted Content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of extracted images complies with applicable copyright laws and the source website's terms of service.

Advertising

The Service is free to use and is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense and its partners. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed. How advertising cookies are used and how you can opt out is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Before a free server-backed action can use global credits, ExtractPics may perform a local ad-availability check using a temporary off-screen element and a same-origin test script. If ads appear blocked, the action pauses before the server request or credit reservation and can continue after a successful recheck. Browsing, existing results, downloads, local browser-only tools, and eligible signed-in supporter access are not conditioned on this check. Server-side quotas and abuse controls remain independently enforced.

Community Support purchases

ExtractPics remains free. Optional support is available as a one-time purchase of USD $5 or more or a recurring monthly purchase of USD $2 or more through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, payment credentials, receipts, applicable taxes, renewals, and payment processing. These purchases support an independent software project, are not charitable donations, and are not tax-deductible. They do not provide ownership, voting, governance, or product-roadmap rights.

• A qualifying one-time purchase adds 50 daily global credits for 90 days from Gumroad's verified purchase time. Claiming late does not extend or restart the period.
• A qualifying monthly purchase adds 50 daily global credits and a Sustaining Supporter badge through the latest verified paid period. You may cancel future renewals through Gumroad; cancellation does not shorten a period already paid for.
• The Community Supporter badge for a valid one-time purchase remains after its 90-day credit period. The Sustaining Supporter badge ends with monthly paid coverage.
• A signed-in account with a valid supporter badge receives an ad-free experience: ExtractPics does not render advertising placements or load Google AdSense. One-time support remains ad-free while its lasting badge is valid; monthly support remains ad-free only through verified paid coverage.
• Multiple purchases and overlapping perk periods never increase the daily supporter amount above 50 credits. A later non-overlapping valid purchase may provide a new period based on its own purchase time.
• Activation requires a signed-in ExtractPics user to enter the Gumroad license key at Dashboard → Community Support. A purchase can be linked to one account and is not linked automatically by email. Self-service account transfers are not available.
• The perk is an allowance, not stored cash or property. It has no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, resets with the normal daily credit cycle, and is subject to the Service's queues, technical limits, fair-use rules, and abuse controls.
• Backing does not include priority processing, dedicated support, guaranteed uptime, or a service-level agreement.

Support refunds, cancellation, and disputes

Refund requests are governed by applicable law and the policy shown at Gumroad checkout. Gumroad processes approved refunds and monthly cancellations. We verify payment, refund, dispute, chargeback, and paid-period status with Gumroad before changing an account benefit.

• A full refund, lost chargeback, or seller revocation removes the badge and future supporter allowance after verification.
• A partial refund preserves the original benefit dates only while the eligible amount paid before tax, less verified refunds, remains at least USD $5 for a one-time purchase or USD $2 for the applicable monthly payment. Provider fees do not reduce eligibility.
• An open dispute pauses the credit perk and hides the badge pending review. If the dispute is resolved in the purchaser's favor, benefits remain revoked; if resolved in the seller's favor and Gumroad verifies the purchase as valid, benefits may resume on the original dates.
• A full refund, lost chargeback, seller revocation, or open dispute also removes or pauses the ad-free benefit. Monthly cancellation keeps the benefit through the period already paid for, after which advertising may resume.
• Credits used before a later refund, dispute, or revocation are not clawed back and do not create a negative balance.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all images from a given URL will be successfully extracted. We do not review, monitor, verify, or endorse any Content accessed through the Service. No purchase creates an uptime commitment, service-level agreement, or guarantee that a particular feature or credit amount will remain available indefinitely.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ExtractPics, its creator, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; or (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExtractPics and its creator from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any Content you access, extract, or download using the Service.

Third-party links

The Service may extract from or link to websites that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and privacy policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

We may also suspend or revoke a supporter perk for fraud, chargebacks, verified refunds, license-key sharing, automated abuse, attempts to evade limits, or other material violations of these Terms. We may modify or discontinue supporter benefits prospectively when reasonably necessary for security, provider changes, legal compliance, or service sustainability. Where practical, we will give notice of a material change and will not describe an invalid or refunded purchase as active.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located there.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
