Why use GIF Frame Remover?
A single stray frame, such as a black flash at the start, can spoil a loop. Fixing it in an editor means opening every layer; here you type one number.
Frame to remove starts at 1 and accepts any whole number up to the GIF's frame count. Type a number past the end and the tool tells you how many frames the GIF has. A one-frame GIF cannot lose its only frame. The rest of the animation is re-encoded at the same size, with each frame's delay and the loop setting kept.
Numbers shift after each removal. To drop frames 4 and 9 of the original, remove 9 first and then 4, or remove 4 and then 8. Taking a frame out of the middle of smooth motion leaves a visible jump, so the cleanest cuts are at the very start or end of a loop, or on a duplicated pause.
