Why use Detective Board?
When the size has to be exact, drawing a new image beats stretching an old one. Change a value and make it again whenever you need.
Pick 2 to 24 photos. They are laid out in a grid on a dark brown board, each on a cream card turned slightly off straight, and a thread runs from the first photo to the second, the second to the third, and so on, in the order you selected them. The board title is written in white in the top-left corner.
Since the thread follows the selection order, choose the photos in the order of your story. Each card is sized from the first photo, up to 1600 pixels a side, and every other photo is stretched to fit that card. Use photos of a similar shape, or crop them to the same ratio first, so nobody looks squashed.
Thread color can be any color you pick, red by default. The result is one PNG. Collage Maker is the plain grid without the string or the tilt.

How to use Detective Board
- 01Tap Choose image and select several photos at once.
- 02Type a board title and pick a thread color. The photos are placed in the order you chose them, and the string links them one after another.

Detective Board tips
- Select the photos in story order; the string joins each one to the next.
- Crop every photo to the same ratio first, since all cards take the shape of the first one.
- Board title defaults to Case board; type your own, like The missing cookie.
- Pick a yellow or white Thread color if red gets lost against dark photos.
