Why use Images to GIF?
Building a GIF in an editor means placing every photo on its own layer and timing each frame. Here the order you pick the files in is the order they play.
Pick up to 300 JPEG, PNG, or WebP images. Seconds per image starts at 0.5, so ten photos make a five-second loop; type 2 for a calm slideshow or 0.1 for a flicker effect. The GIF loops forever. The status line reports the frame count, the pixel size, and the file size when it finishes.
A GIF holds at most 256 colors per frame, and this encoder uses up to 255, so skies and skin tones in photos can show bands or speckles. Mixing portrait and landscape photos is the other trap: every frame takes the first image's shape, and the rest are cropped to fit. Put a photo with the shape you want first, or crop them all to one ratio beforehand.
