The short answer
Why use Liquify?
Most free editors hide liquify behind an app install or an account. Here you open the photo, drag, undo if it goes wrong, and save. Nothing is uploaded.
Each stroke drags the pixels under the brush along with your pointer, strongest at the center of the brush and fading to nothing at its edge. Brush size runs from 2 to 240 pixels, 80 by default, and Strength from 5 to 100. Short, overlapping strokes give smoother results than one long drag.
Undo and Redo step through your strokes. The history is limited by memory rather than a fixed number of steps, so on a very large photo you can go back fewer times than on a small one. The result is saved as a PNG.
Warp and Bulge & Pinch apply a fixed shape from sliders. Liquify is the one you steer by hand, which makes it the right pick for nudging a hairline or a bent edge in one spot.

Liquify tips
- Use a big brush and short strokes. Small brushes leave visible ripples.
- Undo and Redo step through your strokes, so it is safe to experiment.
- Zoom out and look at the whole photo every few strokes. Small pushes add up.
- Keep text and straight lines away from the brush. They bend in obvious ways.
