Blur & Focus
Two kinds of tools live here. Blur Face and License Plate Blur hide boxes you place, using pixelate, blur, or a solid block. Lens Blur, Bokeh, Tilt Shift, Blur Frame, and Zoom Blur are camera-style effects that keep one area sharp and soften the rest.

Open toolBlur Frame keeps the middle of your photo sharp and blurs a band around the edges, like a soft frame. Set the strength, save a PNG. Free, no signup, no upload.
Open toolLicense Plate Blur hides a car's number plate with pixel blocks, blur, or a solid box you draw yourself, then saves a PNG. Free, no signup, no upload.
Open toolBokeh blurs everything outside a round sharp spot and adds pastel light circles to the background. Tap to set focus, save a PNG. Free, no signup, no upload.
Open toolLens Blur keeps a round spot of your photo sharp and softens everything around it with a feathered edge. Save a PNG. Free, no signup, no upload.
Open toolTilt Shift keeps a horizontal band of your photo sharp and blurs above and below it, for a toy-town miniature look. Save a PNG. Free, no signup, no upload.

- Blur Face: Its Detect faces button finds faces with a model that runs on your device and adds a box over each one. Add boxes by hand for any it misses, or remove the last one.
- License Plate Blur: The same box tools without detection: drag a box over each plate, name, or address. Pixelate or Solid box hide text more reliably than a light blur.
- Lens Blur: Keeps a circle around the point you tap sharp and blurs the rest, with a soft feathered edge between them.
- Bokeh: The same circle of focus as Lens Blur, plus faint colored light spots scattered in the blurred background.
- Tilt Shift: Keeps a horizontal band sharp instead of a circle. Photos of streets or crowds taken from high up end up looking like a model village.
- Blur Frame: Softens a border around a fixed rounded rectangle in the middle, with no focus point to place.
- Zoom Blur: Streaks the picture outward from the point you tap, like zooming the lens during a long exposure.
- Blur: Blurs the entire image by one amount with no sharp area. It sits in Filters & Effects.
